Soccer Wars – Skill Wars Challenge Waiver & Release

SOCCER WARS INC. WAIVER

In consideration of being permitted to engage in any Soccer Wars Inc. event or tournament and associated activities, I, undersigned, on behalf of myself, my successors, heirs, assigns, and legal representatives, hereby acknowledge, agree, and covenant as follows:

1. Acknowledgment of Risks: I acknowledge that I have fully familiarized myself with the inherent risks associated with soccer activities and attest to my own physical fitness and qualification to participate therein. I commit to discontinuing my involvement if conditions are deemed unsafe at any time.

2. Assumption of Risks: I understand and accept the risks inherent in soccer activities, including but not limited to the potential for serious injury, permanent disability, death, and substantial economic losses. These risks may arise from my actions, the actions of others, negligence, the rules of play, the condition of the premises, or the use of equipment.

3. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Soccer Wars Inc., its affiliated partners, clubs, administrators, directors, agents, coaches, employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and venue owners ("Releases") from any and all demands, losses, damages, or claims arising out of or related to my participation. This release extends to injuries, death, or property damage caused by the negligence of the Releases or otherwise.

4. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from or related to my participation, including claims by third parties or entities.

5. Media Consent: I grant Soccer Wars Inc. the irrevocable right and permission to use my (or my child’s) likeness, image, or voice in any photographs, videos, or other media for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to brochures, banners, websites, social media, print materials, videos, and billboards.

MINOR RELEASE

As the parent/legal guardian of the minor named herein, I acknowledge the minor's capabilities and represent that they are qualified, in good health, and fit to participate in soccer activities. I further release, discharge, and indemnify Soccer Wars Inc. and the Releasees from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, losses, or damages arising from the minor’s participation, including those resulting from negligence or rescue operations.

I acknowledge that I have read this Waiver and Release Agreement, understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to its content, knowing that it constitutes a legally binding contract between myself and Soccer Wars Inc.

SOCCER WARS INC. PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE FORM

I, [Name of Participant or Parent/Guardian if Minor], hereby grant Soccer Wars Inc. and its affiliates, successors, assigns, licensees, and agents (collectively referred to as "Soccer Wars Inc."), the absolute right and permission to use, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, and modify any and all photographs, videos, or other media captured or recorded during any Soccer Wars Inc. event or activity, without limitation, worldwide and in perpetuity, for promotional, marketing, advertising, educational, or any other lawful purposes.

I understand and agree that Soccer Wars Inc. shall have full ownership and control of the rights to the aforementioned photographs, videos, or other media, including the right to edit, alter, or combine them with other materials. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished products or their use, including any associated text, captions, or graphics.

I acknowledge that the photographs, videos, or other media may be used in various mediums and platforms, including but not limited to brochures, banners, websites, social media, print materials, videos, billboards, and promotional materials.

I further waive any claims or demands against Soccer Wars Inc., its agents, employees, or representatives, arising from or related to the use of the photographs, videos, or other media as described herein. This release is binding on myself, my heirs, assigns, legal representatives, and anyone else who may claim through me.

I understand that this release is irrevocable and that I will not receive any compensation, financial or otherwise, for the use of the photographs, videos, or other media.
