The Skill Wars Challenge will be hosted alongside the Far West ODP Championships at the Arizona Athletic Grounds in Mesa, AZ.

Dates and Location: January 2-4, 2026 - 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

👥 Who Can Participate?

Open to all youth players ages 9U–19U—boys and girls, regardless of club, team, or league affiliation. 

We’re proud to run Soccer Wars next to the 2026 ODP Far West Championships!

💰 Fee:

• $20 per individual 👉 Register an Individual Player

• $100 per team (up to 16 rostered players) 👉 Register a Team

  The Skill Wars Challenge is designed to spotlight every player’s individual talent in a fun, fast‑paced format.

  • 📍 Location: Arizona Athletic Grounds, Mesa, AZ (Main Entrance)

  • 📅 Dates: January 2–4, 2026

  • ⏰ Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (drop in either day)

  • ⏱ Format: 5 skill stations, each taking about 5 minutes to complete

  Highlights: Players rotate through five exciting skill stations designed to showcase individual talent in a fun, fast-paced format that encourages creativity, focus, and confidence. 🏅 Top scorers earn points toward their club’s overall score, with awards for Top Ballers and Hi Point Individuals. ✅ Skill Wars is built to celebrate every player’s unique strengths—without affecting game fatigue.

Skill Wars will run alongside the ODP - Far West Championships, creating an exciting environment where families can enjoy soccer at every level.

Q: What happened to Player Wars & Goalie Wars?  A: These portions have been postponed to a future date. Only Skill Wars will take place in Mesa on Jan 2–4, 2026.

Q: Do I need to re‑register?  A: No — if you’ve already registered, your entry is automatically applied to Skill Wars.
